2. Services Provided

Free Spiritual Services offers tarot readings, content, and spiritual services via digital platforms, primarily through WhatsApp or Google Chat. Clients can choose between a phone audio call or an audio session accompanied by images of the tarot cards.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking a reading.
• All fees are in USD.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All services are non-refundable.
• If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we will retain 20% of the fee for administrative expenses, or you may choose to reschedule at no extra charge.
• If Free Spiritual Services cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Tarot readings and spiritual services provided by Free Spiritual Services are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any reading. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the insights gained from our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Free Spiritual Services, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Free Spiritual Services and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
